AirSong Studio can help you improve the following piano skills:
Practicing:
All students are expected to practice approximately 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week. During a practice session student should prepare the assignments listed in practice book for the previous lesson. Practice time will be recorded in practice book. Students must bring all materials to every lesson.
Recital:
There will be a student recital at the end of each term. This will give each student the opportunity to share their music with friends and family and earn the reward for all their hard work. The recital also allows the student to build performance skills.
Rates & Materials:
Ø FIRST LESSON: $10
· First lesson is an interview & trial lesson at half rate without obligation.
Ø FALL 2010 TERM CONTRACT: $270 for eighteen (18) 1/2-hour lessons
· Lessons are given weekly over eighteen weeks from August 30, through January 21, 2010.
v Fee is due at the first lesson the week of August 30, 2010
v If desired, you may pay for half the term at the first lesson and the other half at the last lesson in October, but no later than October 29, 2010.
v Those who make two payments must sign the invoice to indicate a commitment for the entire term.
v A 15% late fee is added to the balance if payment is received after October 29, 2010.
Ø NON-CONTRACT LESSONS: $20 per 1/2-hour lesson.
· An initial deposit of $20 must be paid before the first lesson to hold the lesson time. This deposit will be applied to the last lesson.
· Lesson fee is due at the lesson time.
Ø MATERIALS:
· Music books will be chosen for the student according to their level. Materials may include theory, technique, sight-reading, and performance publications. Normally a student uses books for a few months before moving on to the next level.
· Each student will also use a metronome, since this tool is so critical and essential in developing steady rhythm.
